A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. This service provides convenience for individuals and businesses who need notarizations at their home, office, hospital, or other locations.

How does the mobile notary service work?

Simply schedule an appointment, and we will come to your location to notarize your documents. Please ensure you have a valid, government-issued photo ID available at the time of notarization.

Can you notarize documents for real estate transactions?

Yes! We can notarize loan documents, deeds, and other real estate-related paperwork. If needed, we can also coordinate with title companies and lenders.

Do you provide remote online notarization (RON)?

At this time, we only provide in-person mobile notary services. If remote notarization becomes available, we will update our services.

Can you notarize for individuals who cannot sign on their own?

Yes, but special accommodations must be made. If a signer cannot physically sign, they may be able to use a signature by mark or direct someone else to sign on their behalf in the presence of witnesses. Please contact us in advance to discuss the process.

How much does a mobile notary service cost?

Our pricing varies based on the type of notarization and travel distance. Standard notary fees in Texas apply, along with a travel fee. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Payment is due at the time of service.

Are there additional fees for after-hours or emergency services?

Yes, after-hours, weekends, holidays, and urgent same-day requests may have an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling, texting, or emailing us. Advance booking is recommended, but we also accommodate urgent requests when possible.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
  1. The document(s) needing notarization (do not sign in advance)
  2. A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
  3. Any required witnesses (if needed – check with us in advance)
Can you meet at hospitals, nursing homes, or jails?

Yes! We provide notary services at hospitals, assisted living facilities, and correctional institutions. Please ensure the signer is mentally competent and willing to sign.

What happens if my document requires witnesses?

Some documents require additional witnesses who are not related to you. You can bring your own witnesses, or we can provide them for an additional fee (availability may vary).

Legal & Compliance
Can you provide legal advice or draft documents?

No. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, prepare documents, or explain the contents of a document. If you need legal guidance, consult an attorney before notarization.

Do you keep copies of my documents?

No. We do not retain copies of your documents. Your privacy is important to us, and we only verify and notarize the documents you present.

Do both parties need to be present for notarization?

Yes, if a document requires multiple signers, all parties must be present with valid identification.
